My imaginary coffee shop is on the road so the audio quality isn’t as great as usual because I recorded the intro & reflection while in an airport waiting to being a new chapter.

 And, as this year comes to a close, Barbara Daggett’s pearl of wisdom seemed particularly appropriate: If you were to tell your past self something, what would you say?
